Where does the money go?
Almost all of it goes into the prize pool. For the lottery, 93% of every ticket goes straight into the prize pool the moment you buy, and the house keeps just 7%. Bingo is the same 7%; the slot machine keeps a small, fixed 15%. Every share is fixed in the blockchain code, so it can never quietly change — everything else is paid out to winners.
